Mainsheet Systems

Allen's design team spent many hours of research and development improving the range of aluminium mainsheet jammers for sailors.

The Allen mainsheet jammer range uses Allen's World leading cold forged bearing system which has a ball locating groove for smooth rotation whilst preventing the lateral movement of the arm.

Antals mainsheet systems are particularly suitable for the mainsheet control on Sailing Yachts.

2 Sizes are available: Size 60 for boats up to 36 ft and lines up to Ø=10 mm, main sheave with Cam-Cleat Ø=60mm, secondary sheave Ø=50mm, safe working load SWL = 800kg.

Size 75 for boats up to 40 ft and lines up to Ø=12 mm, main sheave with Cam-Cleat Ø=75mm, secondary sheave Ø=60mm, safe working load SWL = 1000kg. All sheaves are made of HRM resin with 2 races of ball bearings.
